Our online booking system is processed and hosted securely by Timely booking software. This data is collected only to process your booking request. Other information stored may include name, email address, address and telephone number for contact reasons. We may also keep contra-indication information solely for medical reasons, but this is not stored publicly or transmitted via our website or App.

In order to respond to your enquiries it may be necessary to ask for personal information such as your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. We will use this information only to respond to your requests or to contact you via mail, e-mail or phone.

We do not share, rent or trade email lists with other organisations or businesses. We use a third party newsletter distribution provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.
