To avoid disappointment it is advisable to pre book all treatments.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. On occasions the salon door may be locked if all therapists are in treatment. You may need to wait outside/in your car until your appointment time and your therapist is ready. Late arrivals may mean that we are unable to provide the treatment booked or there will be a reduced treatment time. Treatment times include a consultation to enable your therapist to personalise your treatment.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
When booking you will be required to pay a small deposit. This deposit will be used as part payment towards your service and is fully refundable should you wish to change or cancel within 24 hours or before your appointment.
If you fail to show up for your appointment unfortunately you will lose your deposit.
Our cancellation policy is strictly 24 hours for all guests. If we do not receive 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment, unfortunately your deposit is non refundable.
MEDICAL ADVICE
Some of our treatments are subject to a medical questionnaire. Consultations are carried out to ensure the treatment is suitable for you. Please note all records are confidential. Some treatments may require your doctor’s approval. Please call us if you are unsure of which treatments are suitable for you.
Certain treatments require a skin test to ensure you are suitable for the treatment. Please allow for this when booking your appointment as you may be asked to call in a few days prior to your appointment.
CHILDREN & AGE RESTRICTIONS
We aim to provide relaxing treatments in a peaceful atmosphere without distractions and interruptions. We respectfully request that you do not bring children to your appointment as we do not allow children into our treatment rooms.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to request parental consent or presence during some treatments.
MOBILE PHONES
As a matter of courtesy, please turn your mobile phones off so you can enjoy your time more and so other clients are not disturbed.
GIFT VOUCHERS
A Lavella Gift Voucher is the perfect way to treat some one you love. Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
GRATUITIES
If you would like to tip your therapist, please do so at your discretion. Please note that all cash tips are retained in full by the staff.
